So as a surprise I was taken to a Caribbean cooking class today. And I must say it was well worth it. The image you see above was the quickest of sketches of the teacher. This wonderful Antiguan woman knew how to cook up a storm!! I am sorry to say though... this image does her no justice at all. And for that I must apologize. If anyone is interested at all please feel free to leave comments and/or requests. I would love to be challenged!! So bring it on. Until tomorrow...
