This new piece is a reaction to a recent article I had read concerning a well known Tex-Mex establishment. This particular restaurant is a place I used to frequent once a week until I read the news. I felt like a lover scorned, and I had a whole rant and rave prepared for any reader that happened to come across this blog. But...I managed to calm myself down.
